For instance, if the hired candidate's monthly salary is $700 USD, this equates to a first-year salary of $8,400 USD. Our fee, in this instance, would be a one-time payment of 30% of the $8,400, which amounts to $2,520 USD. This is the only FEE; you owe us for this acquisition.

Is There Any Guarantee?

Absolutely! We provide a 60-day guarantee for every new recruitment. If the new hire doesn't meet your expectations within the first two months, we will conduct a second recruitment round for the same position at no extra cost.
