Hiring Services Only

Our Recruitment Service is designed to streamline your hiring process and connect you with top talent efficiently. Here’s what we offer:

  • Recruitment Fee: 25% of the projected first-year full-time salary. For instance, if the candidate’s annual salary is $8,400, our fee would be a one-time payment of $2,100.
  • Multiple Roles Discount: If hiring for more than 5 roles, we offer a reduced rate. Please contact us for details.
  • Guarantee: We provide a guarantee to replace the candidate, without any additional charges, within 3 months from the employee’s start date if needed.

Hiring Services + Employee of Record (EOR) Services

Combining our Recruitment Services with our EOR services ensures a seamless onboarding and employment process.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Onboarding & Recruitment Fee: A fixed one-time payment of $1,750.
  • EOR Service Fee: 20% of the candidate’s monthly salary, with a minimum of $299/month.

 

Our EOR services include:

  • HR Management: From onboarding to performance reviews, and time management.

    • Background Check
    • After Hire Process
    • Contract & On-boarding
    • Client Handover
    • Payroll Management: Timekeeping and invoicing
    • Ongoing Flexibility: Replace the candidate as needed, without additional charges, as long as you are using our EOR services.
    • Comprehensive Time Management: Ensuring efficient handling of timekeeping and payroll processes.

 

  • Payroll and Benefits: Timely and accurate salary distribution, and benefits administration.

Part-Time Services

We also offer part-time recruitment solutions, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours per week.

  • Onboarding Fee: A one-time payment of $500.
  • Monthly Management Fee: $150 per month.

Contract Hiring

We assist with both full-time and contract positions, providing flexible solutions to meet your temporary or short-term staffing needs.

Frequently Asked questions

For our Recruitment service only we operate on a 25% recruitment fee based on the projected first-year full-time salary. For instance, if the hired candidate's monthly salary is $700 USD, this equates to a first-year salary of $8,400 USD. Our fee, in this instance, would be a one-time payment of 25% of the $8,400, which amounts to $2,100 USD. This is the only FEE; you owe us for this acquisition.

If you would like to use our EOR services as well then our Onboarding & Recruitment fee is a flat $1,750 up front. Then there is a service fee of 20% of the candidates monthly salary, on top of their salary with a minimum of $299. This is a recurring fee for the duration of our partnership.  

We provide a 90-day guarantee for every new hire. If the new hire doesn't meet your expectations within the first two months, we will conduct a second recruitment round for the same position at no extra cost.

If you are using our EOR services we will replace the candidate for free for the duration of our partnership.
