Remote Hero is being rebuilt around one conviction: where a person lives should not determine whether they are considered for work they can transform.
The relaunch
Remote Hero originally grew around helping companies hire in the Philippines. The new business keeps the useful lesson from that experience, that geography should not limit access to talent, while leaving the low-cost outsourcing category behind.
The relaunched company searches globally and evaluates every candidate against the same thing: their ability to create the outcomes the role demands.
